Internal fit out of a brand new 4 storey, 161 bedroom hotel on Paignton Seafront.

The former Park Hotel on Paignton Seafront was demolished to make way for the brand new Mecure Hotel which now stands 4 storeys high and comprises 161 bedrooms, a restaurant, bar, a fitness centre and meeting rooms. Our package was 10% of the £14 million pound development cost. We managed to keep control of the clients budgets whilst delivering extremely high end finishes.
We have almost completed the internal fit out for the sister hotel next door (The Former Lighthouse Hotel)
