Located on the site of the old ponsmere hotel, which dates back pre 1930’s, these properties are all finished to a very high specification and the majority benefit from balconies or terraces to enjoy the stunning views.

We were awarded various packages throughout this project, alongside the SFS erection we fitted weather defence board, carried out the external rendering, the internal package which included installing ceilings and partition walls. During the project we fitted 200+ Velfac units (windows & doors) which led to us becoming a Velfac partner and providing us with new opportunities for projects moving forward requiring window installation.
