Development of 10 luxury homes nestled within a cul-de-sac in Carbis Bay

We carried out a Principal Contractor role working closely with the developer and local contractors on this development of 10 luxury homes within Carbis Bay. We oversaw all elements of the build from groundworks to finishings. The properties were finished to an extremely high standard and as a result of our close working relationship with the team at Bathroom Studios/Future Kitchens we were able to offer the buyers the opportunity to create a bespoke home.
